This product is extremely heat sensitive. Columbia Coatings makes every effort to ensure that your powder arrives in good condition. However, if this product is damaged by the heat (clumping, hardening, etc.) it will not be replaced.
Due to the heat sensitive nature of this powder, it is not eligible for return for any reason.
